Frequently asked questions
How does the free trial work?
You create your workspace in a few minutes and get every Business feature for 14 days, with no credit card. When the trial ends, your data stays available and you choose your plan.
What is an active employee?
An employee whose account is active during the billed month. Deactivated former employees are not billed and their documents stay archived.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. The change applies immediately and billing is prorated.
Do you help with onboarding?
Yes. Every plan includes a getting-started guide; Business and Enterprise include a setup session with our team.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Export your data at any time (CSV, plus the API on Business). It belongs to you.
